Unlimited ....

I just saw this incredible picture and it really struck me. Its such a powerful image and shows how we can feel so stuck in our bodies, defined by the illness, disability, past or pain we are dealing with. But the more I see that I'm not my body, that I'm always living in a thought created world, I see that I'm only ever limited by my thinking ....
