When I was in London last month for a conference an analogy came to me, so see if it makes sense to you. People kept asking me how to get to the airport and I wanted to say "you can walk if you like" Now that wasn't helpful seeing as we were in North London and Heathrow is on the other side of the metropolis so I kept that thought to myself but then I had an insight. There are so many different therapies out there these days from Freudian analysis to Tapping and if you have found one that works, that's great, no one can argue with success! But in my experience, all the other therapies are like walking to the airport. You will probably eventually get there but its going to take a long time, its going to be uncomfortable and you may get lost on the way. Understanding the Three Principles is like taking a taxi; you will get there quicker, it doesn't have to be uncomfortable and you cant get lost on the way.
